If it's out of stock, when will you have more in?
We can't guarantee we will always be able to restock some items.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We currently don't offer this option on the site. However, if you see something you would like to buy, please contact us and we can arrange to have it sent out.
When will you send my order?
We aim to have your goodies sent out within 2 working days of your order, this might be slightly longer in high volume times. We will always keep in touch with you about the logistics.
Do you do Click & Collect?
Yes, we do.
Do you have all your inventory online?
No, we have so many products it would be almost impossible to keep it all up todate on the website. If you're familiar with our stock and don't see it here, get in touch and we will try to sort it for you.
How often do you restock?
We have two big consignments a year from our visit to Japan and other smaller deliveries throughout the year.
Can I return my item?
Yes, you can. There are two ways. When we're open you can pop it into us at the shop and we can replace or refund. Otherwise stick it in the post 2nd Class Signed For and we will refund you on receipt.
